First year residents will be required to purchase a Gold or Gold Plus Plan, all other residents have the choice of a Gold, Gold Plus, or Green plan. ALL residents are required to purchase a meal plan.

Your contract payment can be submitted via cash or check at the Cashier's Office, or by Visa, Mastercard or Discover via your OASIS account. Be sure and include your (student) name and UID on payment transactions.
The entire cost of a meal plan is due the same day tuition is due, Friday of the first week of school. If you do not pay by that date, you will incur a $100 late fee.
Contract cancellations can be made when your housing cancellation is approved, or you withdraw from the university. A cancellation form must be completed and submitted along with proper documentation. An administrative fee will be assessed, and only a partial refund will be given unless you have not purchased any meals.
Regional, international, home foods, comfort foods, all with a focus on health and wellness. There are also specific dietary options (i.e., Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc.). All food items are clearly labeled for ingredients (e.g., peanuts, eggs, etc.). This information is also described in printed menus, signage and labels. Additionally, servers are knowledgeable and can answer any questions or concerns you may have.
USFSP Dining Services provides you with a variety of fresh and sustainable food options. Our goal is to promote healthy living through nutritious, balanced meal options for all of our residents. Some of the student housing spaces are also furnished with a kitchen as an added convenience for those times when a snack or meal alternative is preferred by our students.
